Mercat has housed the Sâlmon festival since its beginning and is a key agent in the festival’s network. For this edition, we posed ourselves a question that should be present in every corner of the building: how to activate spaces for the transmission and critical discussion of practices and knowledges in the performing arts nowadays. That is the reason why we propose four meetings that will set this question in motion, through diverse artistic proposals, talks and gathering spaces, which we have developed together with Silvia Bottiroli and Mårten Spångberg.
